Les landes de Mayrinhac
An immersion in the Bromme gorges on a landscaped discovery trail, in the heart of a Sensitive Natural Area recognized in particular for the presence of birds of prey.
The landscape mosaic of this sensitive natural area (ENS) is remarkable with an alternation of moors, meadows, crops, forests, cliffs ... which has allowed the development of a completely original biodiversity. Beyond the many species of birds present on the site (Red Kite, Booted Eagle, Honey Buzzard, Short-toed Eagle, Eurasian Eagle Owl ...) you can also observe many remarkable insects (Stag Beetle, Aurora, Lemon, ...) and even hear some amphibians such as the Midwife Beetle. The village of Mayrinhac, typical of Carladez, is home to many farm buildings restored to their original state, a church containing nearly 1000 relics, a communal oven and a calvary.
