The burons or “mazucs” are old stone constructions once used for making cheese in the mountain pastures. Today, cheese making has been modernized and the burons, for the sake of heritage conservation, have some been converted into restaurants. Come and taste the local dishes: aligot, cheeses, charcuterie and Aubrac meat in the heart of the pastures, in a completely authentic setting, where conviviality rhymes with eating well!
