Description

Departing from the village of Laguiole, famous for its knife, but also for its Laguiole AOP cheese, this hike allows you very quickly to leave the village to enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful landscapes in the heart of the Aubrac Plateau. You will take a little height, after having climbed a few kilometers, admire on both sides pastures, dry stone walls, burons and especially Aubrac cows with painted eyes. Part of the hike will allow you to cross the Bois de Laguiole and at the exit to enjoy a splendid view.
