Cascade du Devez, circuit long

In the heart of the Roquette Bonneval State Forest, a marked and equipped hiking trail to discover one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Aubrac, the 30 m high Devèz waterfall and a wolf pit.
In the national forest, a forest of beeches and conifers, the shaded walk will be appreciated! With a reward of size a very beautiful waterfall 30 m high which springs in the middle of basalt organs. The Devez waterfall is only accessible on foot and the beeches which surround it will be depending on the season: soft green to bright in spring or reddish orange in autumn. The discovery of a wolf pit on the route will stimulate the imagination, tales and legends. For this long version of the route, this will allow you to enjoy on a good part of the hike a panorama of the Aubrac plateau and its foothills to take your breath away! (There is a shorter version of this hike of 5 km, same starting and finishing point).
