Description

From the village Nasbinals "Capital of Aubrac Lozérien" and home of the famous bone-setter "Pierrounet", this 18 km circuit takes you to the Domerie d'Aubrac following the path to Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
After crossing the Chambouliès valley, the path crosses the Ginestouse mountains and its burons, to pass under the Gudette volcano. The return via the transhumance trail offers a spectacular arrival at the village of Aubrac.

This hike can be done roaming between the three starting points of the Haut-plateau: Nasbinals / Aubrac / Saint-Urcize. Allow two to three days to cover the whole of Aubrac to the heart.
