Le Vieux chemin
Loop starting from Prades d'Aubrac and its magnificent Gothic church.

Description
From the Télécom relay, take the gravel path to the right. At the first intersection, turn right. At the next crossroads in view of Puech de la Borie, descend to the left by a track that crosses the stream and goes up to the hamlet of Crouzets.
At the top of the hamlet of Crouzets, go up to the left between two hedges, on the “chemin de l’évêque”. Continue for 2 km. Take the small road on the right until you reach Vialiaret.
In the hairpin bend that the road describes, turn left onto the small road. Pass to the left of the house, then follow a path above the farm sheds. About 2 km later, cross the Bru stream and go up sharply on the right via a wide path to Born.
Opposite the church, take the small street that goes down. At the next crossroads, take the road on the right for 50m, then the path on the left after the last agricultural building. After the captured spring, take the steep path which goes down to the right and follow it for approximately 1 km.
Continue on the road, left for 500m, then take the first path on the left which leads to La Vayssière. Follow the tarmac path, then continue opposite on the road to Lunet until Four del Mas.
250m after the hamlet, go down to the right along a very steep path which leads to Lunet. Pass under the cemetery. At the cross, turn right. After the last house, go down the path on the left. Cross the stream (follow the signs carefully). At a tarmac path, turn left.
At the crossroads take the road on the right and follow it until Borie. Cross the village and return to Prades via the D19. In Prades, take the alley on the right, opposite the Moderne hotel. Join the D19 at the top of the village and turn right to reach the starting point.
