Departure from Murat and arrival in Conques: 132 km to be covered in 5 to 7 days. 2 possible routes after the village of Murols:
Towards Entraygues-sur-Truyère, the Lot valley, Vieillevie, Grand-Vabre and Conques (124km).
towards Ladinhac, Lapeyrugue, Montsalvy, Junhac, Sénezergues, Cassaniouze, Grand-Vabre and Conques (116 km).
