Your itinerary
Step 1
Go up rue de la Violette to the second crossroads and take a slight right towards Moulhac and Durantet. Pass the quarry, at the cross, take the path on the left which goes up and pass two hamlets: Le Rocagel and Le Séguis. Take a path lined with low walls on the left, then turn right when it widens.
Step 2
Recover the road and turn right, then continue uphill on the left. Before the Abiouradous barn, take the path on the left and continue into the forest.
Step 3
At the crossroads continue on the path further to the right for 2 km. At a clearing and a forest track, turn left and walk for 250m. Arriving at a sign indicating station 5, turn right onto a path between the trees: stay alert to the markings.
Step 4
Walk along the low wall to pass through summer pastures, making sure to close the gates behind you. Once you have reached the gravel road, take it and turn left until you reach a succession of two gates to enter the summer pastures, then follow the low walls again.
Step 5
When you arrive at a stable, take a path on the left to join the road for 1km. At the second intersection, turn right into the bend towards Recoulet, then turn left after 50m. Go down until you reach Saint-Urcize.
