This walk through the woods offers views of the Lot Valley and Saint Geniez

Description
At the exit of the Cloister, turn left into the rue de l'hôtel de Ville, you arrive at Place du Marché, take the rue Hygonnet. then continue rue Frayssinous.
At the roundabout, take the direction of Pomayrols (D509). After the hospital complex and the small bridge (Juéry stream), turn right, then left to pass alongside the Boissière buildings, direction “Bel Horizon”. Follow the road which climbs steeply in bends, for 200 m, before taking another path which goes up to Combetalade.
Arrived at the hamlet, follow the path which goes up in laces. Continue straight for 800 m. Before the bend, take the road to the left towards Mas Nouvel. In view of the houses, take the path to the right which climbs steadily through the woods then runs along a plantation of fir trees on the right.
In Soult, turn left towards Mas Nouvel. In view of the houses, turn left on the small road for 50 m
Turn right on the path that descends into the woods.
At the road, turn left. You will see the St Pierre factory (former woolen cloth factory).
Then turn right on the path that borders the Lot. You will then cross the small stream of Juéry, then follow the village of Colombier before joining the quays of the Lot, fitted out for the walk.
At the height of the Pont Vieux, take the banelle, on the left, to reach the Place du Marché, then the Cloître.
