1 – Take direction Chaudes-Aigues and after the church take a small road which goes down to the left and continue on the path.2 – In Laborie, follow the tarmac road on the right. At the exit of the village, follow the path which goes up on the left.3 – Cross the village of Lagarde.4 – At the crossroads follow the path straight on for around 600 meters then enter the woods to go around the Puech des Mons on the left .5 – Be careful, take the path on the left.6 – Be careful, arrive on a tarmac road, leave mountain bike trail No. 8 (green) opposite and take the D385 on the left.7 – Leave Lhermet on the left and follow the road on the right towards Les Mazes.8 – At the entrance to the village, follow the path which goes up on the right.9 – Be careful, leave the good path flat and go up on the right.10 – At the crossroads of the tracks take on the right, do not go back down on the departmental road.11 – Cross the Lebot stream and after the footbridge go up the path.12 – At Laaussier follow the road on the right.13 – Be careful, after La Lauzardie leave the road and take the path which goes up on the left.14 – At the crossroads follow the road on the right until Lieutadès.
