Visit, free tastings and direct sales. The Cooperative Fromagère de Thérondels, founded in 1946 by a group of milk producers from Carladez, invites you to discover the specialties of Carladez.
You will discover there:
– “Le Thérondels” cheese,
– Cantal AOP from Thérodels, with raw milk produced according to strict specifications specific to the Cooperative,
– aligot and fresh tome from Thérondels.
You will be able to observe the work of the cheese makers respecting the ancestral production methods inherited from the Carladez cheese makers.
Direct sale, guided tours with free tasting (reservation recommended on 05 65 44 24 32):
– Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. all year round,
– Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in summer.
