The Paris 2021 Excellence Prize and the 22 gold/silver medals reward the quality of our whole duck foie gras and all our specialties. Free tasting and reception of groups by reservation in our shop of regional products. Local craftsmen: wines, honey, chocolate, Aubrac tea and our traditional tripous: Laguiole small potatoes (since 1864).
