La ferme de Mathilde
Mathilde, introduces you to the flavors of our region: farm products made from fatted ducks and “Race Aubrac” beef.
Farm products made from fatted ducks, prepared in pure tradition: duck confit, whole foie gras, rillettes, etc.
Beef packages are available by reservation and for tasting at summer markets.
Access from the D904, between Mur-de-Barrez and Lacroix Barrez, towards Cros. Once in the hamlet: 2nd building on the left.

Guided tour for groups (minimum 10 people) by reservation, every day except Sunday.
