Old farm transformed into a restaurant in 1987. When you enter the Buron de la Sistre, you are immediately immersed in the atmosphere. The mangers on the sides of the great hall, the bells hanging on the stone walls, the wooden tables. And especially the cauldron with the steaming aligot is brought into the room to serve you directly from the cauldron to the plate. Reservations recommended.
