Passionate about agriculture since his childhood, Jean-Pierre took over the family farm and created a breed of Aubrac herd. Thanks to this breed of cows recognized in Aubrac, hence its name, he won numerous prizes in competitions with the help of his son Jean-Baptiste.
Jean-Pierre, with his very warm, friendly side and loving contact with people, decided to transform his farmhouse into a restaurant where the cuisine is traditional to share good times.
