Located 10 minutes from Laguiole, in a small village, discover our restaurant built in an old barn. Colette will introduce you to local cuisine with her specialties: oyster mushroom flan, aligot, truffade, Aubrac beef, homemade dessert. Reservation required. Sardinades, ribs, grilled chicken every Friday in season.
