Montvallat

From the parking lot of the enclosure, go up towards the church and take the small street on the left which goes down to a crossroads where you take the small uphill street on the right. Then take a path on the right that climbs through the conifers and joins the RD11. At the road, turn right for 100 meters, in the bend take the small path which goes to the left and which leads again to the road.
At the big crossroads, head opposite towards Hert and continue straight on to Montvallat.
(Outside the circuit, continue the road for 200 meters, Château de Montvallat, private). At the bend, turn right onto the path lined with tall beech trees which crosses the pastures and then the meadows.
At the four paths, take the opposite direction to descend to Chaudes-Aigue via the Pradelle farm. Very nice view of Chaudes-Aigues.
