Route details
Description
From the car park, go past the lake restaurant and take the path that runs along the lake. It goes around a wood then joins a small road; take it to the Védrinelle. Cross the hamlet and arrive at a granite cross. Take the path on the right and come out on the D 53; follow it to the left as far as the cross of the Hare.
Proceed along the path to the left of the road, between woods and pastures. Reach the small road to Fréjoutes; take it on the right until the hamlet of Hermabessière. At the intersection, turn right onto the D 53 and follow it for approximately 200 m.
Take the left path which quickly arrives on the D 69; cross it to take the small Ventouzet road opposite. At the airy center, turn right and reach a bend.
Continue straight on a dirt road. Cross a stream, then follow a wood on the left. The route then turns left to cross a canal. Turn right onto the Couffinet road for approximately 240 m.
Leave the road for a path on the right; it goes up to the D 53. Take it on the right for approximately 200 m
Take the path on the left which skirts a wooded hill. At the fork, go down to the right, then take the road to the left for a few meters and go down through the woods to reach the starting point.
