Description

In Albaret-le-Comtal, from the church square, head south taking the D12 road towards Fournels. Go about thirty meters past the road crossroads between the D12 and D65 roads, staying on the D12, then at the cross go down to the right towards the Holiday Village. At the first bend, leave the Holiday Village and turn right onto the path that goes down to Les Mazes. Continue opposite, go down and reach a small road. Follow it to the left and left again at the entrance to the hamlet of Teil. In the hamlet, go up the road on the left. At the next crossroads, turn right. At the next fork, turn left and reach a road.


Turn left and immediately go down a steep path (junction with the GR® de Pays Saint-Flour variant). Reach a road.


Cross it (be careful) and continue opposite to go down to Chambon. In sight of Bès, in a hairpin bend, continue opposite. The path overlooks the Bès then goes down and fords the Ruisseau du Puech. Continue left along a beautiful track which overlooks the Bès and reach the hamlet of Laval.


In Laval, take the road on the right then a steep path which climbs onto the plateau. At a first cross, turn right. The path widens and reaches another cross. Win a road.


Take it on the right, pass the houses of La Fraissinette and, in a sharp bend, take a path on the left.

Reach a road and take it on the right to reach Albaret-le-Comtal.
