La Maison du Laguiole

Artisanal cutlery The House of Laguiole, welcomes you in a warm setting and will introduce you to its range of folding Laguiole knives and its range Laguiole Tableware made with natural materials from the Occitanie region (wood, Aubrac cow horn, deer antler, etc.).

You will also find an exclusive, the limited series Laguiole Sarrans. Knives made from fossil wood (oak, ash, mountain ash, etc.) immersed for 80 years in the waters of the Sarrans dam (Aveyron).

Come discover our preserved in the heart of our workshop, for a moment visit of 30 minutes. (Free visit) You will learn the history of Laguiole knife, the parts that make it up and the manufacturing techniques, before attending a demonstration.

You will be able to talk with the craftsman and benefit from sound advice on the maintenance of your knives.
