La Ferme de Murols – le safran de Murols

We created a saffron farm in 2015 in Murols. By coming to meet us, you will discover this rare culture where everything is done by hand and you will be able to leave with one or more products that we make (saffron, jellies, jams, seasonal fruit syrups, mustard, honey, etc.). Possibility to taste the products.

Since 2019, we have also raised broiler chickens and guinea fowl that we sell ready to cook or roasted, with or without potatoes from our production, every Thursday and Friday morning in Aurillac (Biocoop l'arbre à pain ) and every Sunday morning in the Utile car park in Mur de Barrez.

Since 2021, we also produce eggs.

Presence at the local farmers' markets, where you can dine on site, in July and August:

– in Lacroix-Barrez on Monday evening,

– in Entraygues on Wednesday evening,

– in Thérondels on Friday evening.
