Laguiole: a cheese! A visit to learn the secrets of this appellation. A meeting with our producers to discover our farms.

AT THE CHEESE FACTORY: free visit, about 30 minutes.

In the morning, the Jeune Montagne cheesemakers make the fresh Tome de l'Aubrac IGP and the Laguiole AOP with raw, whole milk. Screening room, glass gallery, tasting and boutique on site.

Our shop will allow you to take home all of the Cooperative's cheese specialties made on site with raw, whole milk from our Simmental and Aubrac cows..

VISIT TO THE FARM: School holidays: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, paid visit by reservation.

Meet the milk producers of Jeune Montagne and their cows: a moment of exchange and conviviality at milking time; followed by a gourmet snack!

GETAWAY IN FLOWERED MEADOW:Wednesdays of thesummer, dates to be consulted on the Jeune Montagne website, paying visit by reservation.
