Access by staircase to a large kitchen-dining room, a living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player. On the same level is a bedroom (140×190 bed) with toilet area (shower/WC).

Upstairs (access by straight staircase): a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a 90cm bed and a baby bed and an attic “dormitory” with two old beds (120x wide) and a 140x bed 190. Bathroom with bathtub; Independent WC.

Shower room and additional WC in a separate room overlooking the courtyard.

Charges (water, electricity, gas) included in the rental price. Cleaning products provided for dishwashers and washing machines; possibility of renting sheets (10€/pair).
