Located in a hamlet on the heights of the village of Saint-Chély d'Aubrac, this charming character house, a renovated old farmhouse, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (ideally 6 to 8 adults).

The cottage enjoys a privileged location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and a peaceful environment, perfect for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Located near a farm, you'll appreciate the charm of nature and absolute calm. With a respectful neighbor, this place is ideal for moments of sharing and relaxation.

Please note : Due to the proximity of the farm and a neighboring accommodation rented year-round, pets are not allowed, and stag or hen parties and parties are not permitted in order to preserve the tranquility of the place.

Housing

on the ground floor :

• A spacious living room with an open kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge, ideal for gathering around a good meal.

• A practical back kitchen (unfinished cellar) for added convenience.

First floor :

• 1 room : 2 double beds (140 cm)

• 2 room : 1 double bed (140 cm) + 2 single bunk beds

• A bathroom with WC, offering everything you need for your comfort.

Second floor :

• 3 room : 1 double bed (140 cm) + 2 single beds (90 cm) and private bathroom

• A games room with billiards and table football for fun times with family or friends.

Exterior

The cottage has an unenclosed outdoor space, ideally designed to enjoy the beautiful weather. You will find:

• Parking for up to 4 cars

• A garden furniture set for your moments of relaxation

• A petanque court

• A ping-pong table

The outdoor space is well defined to guarantee everyone's peace and quiet.
