Les farçous, this typical Aveyronnais donut, will seduce you with its unique taste. Each grandmother had her recipe. They are eaten with a salad, but are especially perfect in small bites for an aperitif.
Ingredients
- A bunch of chard leaves
- A handful of parsley
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt pepper.
The preparation
- Wash the chard and parsley. Chop them with the onions.
- Add the whole eggs.
- Salt, pepper and add the flour.
- Stir everything well.
- In a skillet, heat the oil. Using a tablespoon, drop small piles of pasta. Let cook for about 3 minutes.
- Turn the farçous over and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Drain them on absorbent paper.
