Les farçous, this typical Aveyronnais donut, will seduce you with its unique taste. Each grandmother had her recipe. They are eaten with a salad, but are especially perfect in small bites for an aperitif.

Ingredients

  • A bunch of chard leaves
  • A handful of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt pepper.

The preparation

  1. Wash the chard and parsley. Chop them with the onions.
  2. Add the whole eggs.
  3. Salt, pepper and add the flour.
  4. Stir everything well.
  5. In a skillet, heat the oil. Using a tablespoon, drop small piles of pasta. Let cook for about 3 minutes.
  6. Turn the farçous over and cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Drain them on absorbent paper.
