La collection of old laguiole knives allows you to discover the evolutions of the Laguiole over time, its adaptations, its changes of "look", with its more or less curved handle curves, its very different materials. The forged objects relate different trades using pliers, scissors, planes, saws, etc. Note the presence of smith in the museum.
