On the Aubrac plateau, the gastronomy is an art of living. The territory perpetuates the preserved cheese makers of the old buronniers. In Laguiole as in Thérondels, Young Mountain produces emblematic raw milk cheeses from Carladez and Aubrac: Laguiole AOP, Thérondels, Ecir…. The free tour ends, of course, with a tasting.
